For beginners, we recommend starting with the free plan to explore the platform, then upgrading to Pro or Pro+ as your trading needs grow.
The Free plan includes 1 chart per tab, 3 indicators per chart, and 1 saved layout. Pro plan ($14.95/month) offers 2 charts per tab, 5 indicators, 5 saved layouts, unlimited alerts, and ad-free experience. Pro+ ($29.95/month) includes 4 charts per tab, 10 indicators, 10 layouts, real-time data, and dedicated support. Choose based on your trading volume and needs.
To set up price alerts, click on the "Alerts" button in the top toolbar, then click "Create Alert". Choose your symbol, set the condition (price above/below, percentage change, etc.), and select how you want to be notified (email, push notification, or SMS). Free users get limited alerts, while Pro and Pro+ users get unlimited alerts.

Quick fixes for the most common trading platform issues
Problem: Your chart shows outdated data or isn't updating in real-time.
Solution: Refresh the page (F5), check your internet connection, or clear browser cache. For real-time data, upgrade to Pro+ plan.
Problem: Technical indicators aren't displaying correctly or showing errors.
Solution: Remove and re-add the indicator, check if you've exceeded the indicator limit for your plan, or try a different indicator to test.
Problem: The mobile app crashes or charts don't load on your phone.
